Our editing and proofreading can be done on paper or electronically, depending on your preference.

Payments are handled conveniently through PayPal. For repeat clients, we are willing to negotiate other terms of payment.

We will begin editing or proofreading your document as soon as we receive the following:

Projects up to 5 pages:	No deposit required. Payment is expected before we deliver the project back to you.
Projects 6 - 50 pages:	We ask for 50% of the fee up front via PayPal. After we receive the payment, we will edit or proofread half of your project. If you are satisfied with our work, we will then edit or proofread the second half. We will send the finished document back to you after receiving the remainder of the fee.
Large Projects (over 50 pages):	For new clients we are willing to work in thirds. You pay 33% of the fee up front via PayPal. After we receive the payment, we will edit or proofread one third of your project. If you are satisfied with the work we are doing, you will deposit another 33%, and we will then edit or proofread the other third. We will return the finished document to you after we receive the remainder of the fee.

Turnaround Time:

Many small jobs can be done within 24 to 48 hours. Others depend on length.

Website turnaround time is generally 1 to 2 days unless indicated otherwise.

For projects between 10 and 29 pages, normal turnaround time is 2 to 4 days.

If you decide to withdraw your project before we begin work, we will refund your money in full. If work has been started, we will retain, from your deposit, the amount per page that has been worked on, plus a $10 processing fee.

Rush Orders:

For turnaround times faster than those mentioned above, please add $2.95 per page.
